The Peace Starts at Home Festival took place this past weekend in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. One of the event's main features was an interactive peace song.

Entitled simply "Peace Song," the song had only a refrain to start with. Listeners were invited to contribute verses, and the entire composition was performed on Sunday afternoon. Although reports are not yet in, it was estimated that the song would last approximately an hour in length. The Peace Starts at Home Festival is a music festival emphasizing peace. How appropriate that it would take place in a part of the Alberta Province known as the Peace Region. For more information about the festival and to hear a clip of the song, visit the festival's page at MySpace.
