What is a terrorist? What is collateral damage? Here are a couple of definitions that may appear tongue in cheek, but offer something to think about.

Terrorist - Whoever the government has deemed the enemy. One country's terrorist is another's freedom fighter.

Collateral Damage - The innocents, particularly women and children, who are taken out in acts of war along with their society's infrastructure. In other terms, when it happens to us, it's terrorism. When it happens as a result of our military actions in another country, it's collateral damage.
