September 21 was the UN International Day of Peace, a day celebrated by countries around the world. Here is a look at one celebration, in Edmonton, Alberta.
There was a City proclamation issued and flag-raising ceremony at City Hall. As well, the Edmonton Small Press Association planted Pinwheels for Peace as an art installation on the grounds of City Hall.
